Our designs may reference or creatively reinterpret logos, brand names, cultural icons, and public figures in a humorous, artistic, or transformative way. They are created as original works of expression and are intended for parody, commentary, and fan appreciation.

Illuminarmy is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any of the brands, companies, organisations, or public figures featured in our designs. Any trademarks, names, or likenesses remain the property of their respective owners. If any brand or individual has concerns about one of our designs, we are happy to discuss them respectfully.

To provide worldwide shipping, we partner with an international print-on-demand fulfilment network. This allows us to produce each item only after it has been ordered, helping to reduce waste while ensuring high-quality production and efficient global delivery.

Because every item is made to order, we kindly ask customers to check our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. Hats and caps are one-size-fits-most unless otherwise stated. As each product is custom made, returns or exchanges for incorrect size or change-of-mind purchases may not always be possible, but we always do our best for our customers!

If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

 

Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

 

We work with an international print-on-demand fulfilment partner with production facilities around the world. Your order will usually be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

 

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure your delivery address is correct.
  • Contact your local postal service or courier to see if they are holding your parcel.
  • Check with neighbours in case the package was delivered nearby.

If your address is correct and your parcel still can’t be located, please email contact@illuminarmy.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.

If an incorrect delivery address was provided when placing the order, we can arrange a replacement, although additional shipping charges may apply.

How are your products made?

 

Every item is printed to order through our global fulfillment network. This means your order is produced specifically for you once it’s placed, helping reduce unnecessary waste while maintaining consistent quality.

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

 

We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.

Please email contact@illuminarmy.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Returns

 

What’s your return policy?

 

Because every product is made to order, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour selection, or change-of-mind purchases, but we always do our best for our customers.

Please check our sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@illuminarmy.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Requests involving large bulk orders or circumstances outside our policy may not be approved.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

 

As all products are made to order, exchanges for a different size or colour are not always possible, but we always do our best for our customers.
