Past Life Records 📚
In many religious and spiritual traditions (such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and New Age beliefs), past lives refer to the idea that a soul has lived multiple existences before its current one. In religion, past lives meanings is often believed that each life contributes to a person’s karma, shaping their current circumstances and future reincarnations. In more modern accounts of people recalling past lives, some people recall choosing their current life, detailing choosing their parents and even the rooms in which they were conceived. Perhaps they had good karma! Although many Near Death Experiences (NDEs) suggest that you are the judge of your life in your life review, feeling how you impacted others and deciding the experiences that you want to live next for your soul’s growth.
There are many profound records of past life memories, especially those from children who had no way of knowing the information provided, as well as interesting work from some mediums/psychics. This post touches on each of these, linking with our post on life after death (that discusses common questions such as What happens? Where do we go? Do we see loved ones?) and our Near Death Experiences post. NDEs have become more frequent since developments in technology giving the ability to revive people from cardiac arrests and other critical conditions. In summary, people share similar experiences. These experiences include leaving the body, but still perceiving everything and going into another reality where you meet passed loved ones, angels, and god.

Children that Remember Past Lives 🧒
There are a number of accounts of children who remember past lives, recalling profound, detailed facts that get proven correct and would be impossible for them to know. This includes a story of a child in Syria that recalled being murdered in his previous life and then got the murderer convicted for the crime (as the murderer was still alive), providing evidence that nobody had found beforehand (the first video below). Some believe that birthmarks are remains of wounds from previous lives.
In addition, some claim to recall meeting passed friends on their death and choosing the next parents for their next life. The second video below discusses this, with a man that describing pre-birth experiences, including seeing where his parents conceived him (details of the room such as colors and location)! This again links with the idea that we choose to inhabit our bodies from the other side.
Video 1 – 3 Year Old Remembers Past Life & Identifies His Murderer
A 3-year-old boy in the Golan Heights claimed he remembered being murdered in a past life:
- He led villagers to where his body was buried, where they reportedly found a skeleton.
- A birthmark on his head matched a wound on the skull.
- He also identified where the murder weapon (an axe) was hidden.
- MHe named his alleged killer, who later confessed.
Video 2 – Evidence For Reincarnation: This Kid Knows Things He Shouldn’t
This is one of the most famous reincarnation cases studied by researchers. James Leininger, a young boy from Louisiana, had repeated nightmares about a plane crash:
- He claimed he was a WWII pilot whose plane was shot down.
- He gave specific details:
- The ship name – Natoma Bay
- The pilot’s name – James Huston Jr.
- Details about fellow soldiers
- His parents verified many of these details through research.
- After visiting the crash site and holding a kind of closure ritual, his nightmares stopped and memories faded.
Video 3 – Top 10 Kids Who Remembered Their Past Life
This video compiles multiple cases of children claiming past-life memories, based largely on anecdotal reports. Kids aged 2-6 are most likely to report these memories and accounts include that they:
- Know languages or skills they weren’t taught.
- Recognize places or people they’ve never seen.
- Describe past deaths, sometimes matching birthmarks.
Examples include:
- A girl recalling a Russian past life.
- A boy recognizing a Scottish pub.
- A child claiming to be his own grandfather.
- Shanti Devi, who identified her past-life husband in India.
- Another boy identifying his own murderer (same story as video 1).
This links with Near Death Experiences like that of Aaron Green. Aaron’s experience made him remember choosing to incarnate on Earth from many possible planets, feeling strongly that Earth was where he wanted to learn. He also recalled having lived many past lives and working with spiritual guides to plan his current one. Together, they selected his parents, gender, appearance, intelligence, and life challenges to best support his spiritual growth. He initially liked the idea of being a ginger girl, as it was a rarer on Earth to be ginger and he thought it was “a cool look”, but the experiences and growth he needed wasn’t available in this state (he needed to choose different parents and looks). Some hardships, including injuries, were understood as consequences of actions in past lives, not as punishment, but as opportunities to learn from them (why you shouldn’t do them and their effects) and resolve karmic debt. Reincarnation is also a prominent theme in ancient civilizations such as in Ancient Egypt (links with mummification and ascending to Sirius), in religions like Buddhism, and secret societies like the Freemasons (who also allegedly have beliefs of ascending to Sirius).
Mediums, Psychics and IADC 🔮
Other interesting insights into life after death can be found when looking into the work of mediums and psychics. Although facing a lot of skepticism (especially with charlatans trying to exploit the space for business), when researching into the work of some of the best ones, it can open your eyes to why they get so much credibility. The detail of which they know things that they shouldn’t know and even knowing things that their subjects do not know yet and having to research after to work out what was being communicated being the most profound. For example, there is person A here (who has passed away and the subject does not know this person/recognize their name) saying to tell person B (who is still alive) to stop drinking, to find out it was person’s be ex-partner who passed away young who didn’t like drinking/died of alcoholism.
If you are a skeptic and go to a legitimate, good psychic, your skepticism will be wiped away, due to the fact that they will tell you things they could not have researched or known or as mentioned tell you things that you did not know and need to ask friends or family to confirm. The videos below give insight into these occurences and other psychic phenomena.

Videos 4 & 5 – How Psychic John Edward Cracked Cold Cases Using Pure Intuition + Interview
Linking to the previous section where the boy recalled his past life murderer and got the man imprisoned, John Edward solved multiple murder cases that had gone cold for the FBI, giving precise locations of dead bodies along with other knowledge that nobody knew. You can also read his book ‘Chasing Evil‘ written with a former FBI agent he worked with Robert Hilland here. He was also double blind studied at the University of Arizona by Dr. Gary Schwartz, with the results concluding well above chance performance, interpreting the results as consistent with anomalous (psi) effects.
John Edward also talks about what he’s learned as a medium, describing death as a transition with the body a vessel and the soul the driver. That we are greeted with great love and excitement from passed loved ones, the same way we are when we are born into this world. Also, that we live our lives/human experience to transform, grow, and learn from the lessons of the Universe. He also discusses that the passed are fine, just in a different form and look over their loved ones.
Videos 6 & 7 – Tyler Henry Warns Alan Thicke of Heart Condition Months Before He Died of a Ruptured Aorta + Interview
Another example of a psychic’s accuracy being proven correct was in the unfortunate circumstances of famous actor Alan Thicke (father of Robin Thicke). He was having a reading by psychic medium Tyler Henry, who kept getting the message that he needed to have his heart checked. This message he relayed was from a deceased man (through the spirit) who expressed regret about being “stubborn” and neglecting his own heart condition, saying something like, “Don’t be stubborn like I was, it could have been treatable if we’d known.” A skeptical and possibly secretly concerned Alan Thicke acknowledged his sister had heart surgery, but didn’t think it was a wider issue. Thicke responded somewhat playfully, “Thank you, Dr. Henry. I’m gonna take that to heart!”. A few months later he died of a ruptured aorta/aortic dissection (not a simple heart attack). Tyler Henry also comments on signs, strong intuition (which he breaks down the origin of the word ‘inner tuition’), and communications from passed loved ones. He describes signs as “meaningful coincidences” that “evoke a feeling inside that’s uncanny”. He says you may not understand what that feeling is, but you’ll feel it roll to the surface and you might find yourself saying, “Could that have been a loved one?” and those are often times the indicators. He also refers to William James’ four criteria for a mystical experience written in the early 1900s. These are ineffability (usually beyond words), noetic quality (can send people on a path of self-discovery), transiency (short lived), and passivity (it’s immersive and hard to focus on anything else apart from the experience). Tyler Henry also says if you’re looking for signs it impedes it. “If everything’s a sign, nothing’s a sign!”
Psychics John Russell and Craig Hamilton-Parker describe their experiences when communicating with the other side, including how psychics/mediums communicate. John Russell says it’s mainly conversational, but sometimes can be information downloads. John Edward once got asked the question, “Why don’t the passed just say what their name is and what they want clearly?” and he responded with, “Deaf people don’t speak as they don’t have the tools to, the deceased also don’t have the tools to as they are in non-physical bodies.”. He also compares the visualizations he gets as “similar to daydreaming like how you would in a school class!”. Craig Hamilton-Parker also discusses what the afterlife is like based on his research on NDEs and intuitions below:
‘Dr. Allan Botkin is one of many psychotherapists described as consistently helping people reconnect with those who have passed away’. The method of doing this is called ‘Induced After-Death Communication’ (IADC). This was discovered by Dr. Allan Botkin when amending Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help those overcome Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He says it was to his surprise when clients started to tell them of their experiences with those who had passed away. Here is a video where he explains his story:
Dr. Mark Pitstick also speaks of his endeavors to make a ‘Soul Phone’ (SoulPhone®), as he wants to help people with less psychic abilities to be able to connect with past loved ones. Pitstick describes a staged development plan:
- Soul Switch – A yes/no communication system (binary responses).
- Soul Keyboard – Expands to letter-based communication (texting-like).
- Soul Voice – Audio conversations.
- Soul Video – Visual/video communication.
The research reportedly involves sensitive physical experiments detecting subtle changes in light or energy that may indicate interaction from consciousness beyond physical death. He suggests collaboration between living researchers and “discarnate” scientists such as Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein (as reported through mediums).
