The 9 Solfeggio Frequencies – Powers of Nature’s Healing Frequencies

Article Overview 🔎

The Power of Frequencies 📡

Tesla, Einstein, The Emerald Tablets, Ancient Egypt, and many other sources talk of the impact of frequencies on the nature of reality.

Tesla was quoted, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” He also stated, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9, then you would hold a key to the universe.” The 3, 6, and 9 are the fundamental vibrations of the Solfeggio Frequencies.

Albert Einstein was quoted in saying, “Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” This again highlights how vibrations and frequencies are superior to matter and reality as we perceive it. This is why these frequencies are so powerful. They can bring you back to the tones of nature and put your body into a balanced resonance.

Not only this, but it has been alleged that the Rothschild family changed the World’s Standard Tuning (official frequencies) to unnatural frequencies to cause disharmony and disempower the masses. Joseph Goebbels in Nazi Germany allegedly did the same thing. This is discussed in videos 3 and 4 below. Many believe that we need to “replace the dissonant, modern western scale with Solfeggio music, in order to raise human consciousness and to connect with Source.” Listening to Binaural Beats (another type of therapeutic music which uses two tones, each at a different frequency so that your brain creates an additional tone you can hear) and Isochronic Tones that use the Solfeggio Frequencies are common ways to do this. Former secret society member Kevin Trudeau also comments that sounds in nature are all broadcast in theta waves (birds singing, frogs croaking, cricket sounds, wind blowing through trees, water running, sea tides etc.). He says listening to these can make your hippocampus bigger, helping increase the power of your frequency and ability to manifest. The first video of the second set of videos below (Solfeggio Frequencies you can listen to) utilizes sounds of nature.

“If you are tuned into classic music on the radio you won’t hear rock, likewise if your frequency isn’t one of success or abundance, you won’t experience those. Believe each experience is part of the path to achieve your goal and an opportunity to grow; this is part of my journey to success,” Kevin Trudeau.

Trudeau also says that the elites who run the world choose sounds and frequencies that disempower the masses, making them more submissive, agreeable, and suppressed. This includes using beeps to cause stress and obedience, as well as sounds/frequencies that we cannot hear (like how we can’t hear dog whistles) being subtly broadcasted directly through technology like phones. He suggests that being aware of this is one way of overcoming this (identifying it and not letting it subconsciously affect you), as well as utilizing natural sounds and frequencies like those of nature and Solfeggio Frequencies. This is why getting out in nature makes you think clearer and feel better, because nature’s frequencies heal and because you are exposed to less frequencies made by technologies. Also, by being aware of who you are as a being, that you can be/are the cause of your reality rather than the effect of externalities. This is what the elites really don’t want the masses to know as it is the most empowering thing and their goal is to disempower the masses so it’s easier for them to keep control/impose their will with little resistance.

He also touches on the effect of sound waves on sand in Cymatics, a subset of modal vibrational phenomena coined by Swiss physician Hans Jenny (1904–1972). In other words, it is when there’s a speaker with a metal plate attached, you pour sand on the ‘Chladni Plate’, and play various tones though the speaker. The sound vibrations of the plate move the sand into unique geometric patterns as shown below:

Cymatics the visual representation of sound and vibration in sand

This is similar to the patterns/cell formations made in water from the brainwaves/thoughts/feelings associated with the words on the water jars in Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments.

Thee effect of Electromagnetic Field (EMF) radiation also links to the power of waves and frequencies. Trudeau says that EMF protection was practiced by all members, as it “disrupts the body’s natural energy fields, potentially leading to various ailments, including stress, fatigue, and even more severe illnesses over time”. You can get EMF-blocking stickers to put on phones, laptops, and other electronic devices. Some people even attach these to jewellery, such as behind pendants or watch faces. You can also directly buy EMF-blocking jewellery, as jewellery is attached to you the majority of the time, giving you extra EMF protection. Shungite is a carbon-rich mineral that is often used to block EMF radiation, you can see some examples here

Biohacker Tim Gray shares similar considerations he makes in the set up in his house in the video below. This includes triple filtered reverse osmosis hydrogen water on tap, an air filtration system, air filters in each room of the house, non-flicker full spectrum LED lighting which is circadian, a SAMINA sleep system with a grounded bed with a raised head so your brain detoxifies and digestion is supported while sleeping, a remote control that turns off every plug and Wi-Fi at night, EMF protected glass so 5G cannot get in the house, and optimized blackout for enhanced sleep.

What are the Solfeggio Frequencies? 🔊

The 9 Solfeggio Frequencies are tones of sound, each with their own specific benefits for various parts of the body and mind. They date back to ancient history, including Western Christianity (used by the Gregorian Monks) and Eastern Indian religions (used in ancient Indian Sanskrit chants). Physician Dr. Joseph Puleo, brought the Solfeggio Frequencies back in the public eye after rediscovering them when researching in the 1970s.

The 9 Solfeggio Frequencies are listed below with their corresponding frequency benefits and meanings:

174 hz – Relieves Pain & Stress / Foundation of Conscious Evolution

285 hz – Heals Tissues & Organs / Acceleration of Conscious Evolution

396 hz – Eliminates Fear / Liberation of Fear and Guilt

417 hz – Wipes out Negativity / Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change

528 hz – Repairs DNA, Brings Positive Transformation / Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)

639 hz – Brings Love & Compassion in Life / Connecting Relationships

741 hz – Detoxifies Cells & Organs / Consciousness Expansion & Expression/Solutions

852 hz – Awakens Intuition, Raises Energy at Cellular Level / Awakening Intuition & Returning to Spiritual Order

963 hz – Connects to Higher Self / Transcendence

Here is how the 9 frequencies relate to the different Chakras:

WAM – Earth Star Chakra – 194Hz
LAM – Root Chakra – 396Hz, 194Hz
VAM – Sacral Chakra – 417Hz
RAM- Solar Plexus Chakra – 528Hz
YAM – Heart Chakra – 639Hz, 528Hz
HAM – Throat Chakra – 741Hz
OM – Third Eye Chakra – 852Hz
OUM – Crown Chakra – 852Hz, 963Hz
KAM – Soul Star Chakra – 963Hz

This also ties in with Terrence Howard’s research into healing with sound. He’s found that we do not need to operate on bodies to remove things like tumors, we simply need the correct sound wave frequency to be played for our DNA to heal. “We all have a particular sound scale for each of us in our genome and when your Prime Resonance Frequency plays. your DNA celebrates/tightens, healing you of disease. A clip of this can be seen below:

It is debated that organs have been removed from churches as the sound is healing, but elites want more disease, disempowerment, and population control. In addition, some believe that large bells (like those on churches) can emit healing frequencies, as well as producing specific vibrations that “repel demonic beings and counter the shapeshifting abilities of the reptilians“. This links with the movie ‘Spiderman’ in that the evil beings Venom and Carnage couldn’t stand the sound of bells, and that hidden truths and symbology are evident throughout the movie industry (more can be read on this here). Also, in the movie ‘They Live’, when the frequencies projected by a large satellite (which may represent Saturn and Satanism) are removed, the true form of the non-humans disguised as humans is shown and removing this satellite frequency hurts their ears, repelling them all (possibly replacing negative, low frequencies with healing, high frequencies could have this affect).

This frequency reference links with debates that organs have been removed from churches as the sound is healing, but elites want more disease, disempowerment, and population control. Some believe that giant bells (like those on churches) can also emit healing frequencies, as well as producing specific vibrations that “repel demonic beings and counter the shapeshifting abilities of the reptilians”. This links with the movie ‘Spiderman’ in that the evil beings Venom and Carnage couldn’t stand the sound of bells. More on different frequencies, including natural and healing ones can be read here.

The clip below discusses more on churches, cathedrals, and healing frequencies. This includes that churches and cathedrals were not originally built for religious worship, but instead designed as structures to harness sound frequencies for healing and energy generation. Architectural features like stained-glass windows and building shapes reflect “cymatic patterns” (visual patterns created by sound vibrations), suggesting these buildings encoded healing frequencies or even music:

  • Cathedral interiors were designed for people to lie down and absorb sound vibrations rather than attend sermons.
  • Certain ancient sites (like an underground chamber in Malta) supposedly use specific frequencies (e.g. 111 Hz) that can heal or even destroy cancer cells.
  • Cathedrals functioned as devices to generate free energy, linking the word “cathedral” to “cathode”.
  • Ancient civilizations had advanced knowledge of sound, vibration, and energy that has since been hidden.
  • Cymatic patterns appear in architecture, nature, and even human DNA, implying a deep connection between frequency, biology, and sacred geometry.
  • Human thoughts, words, and emotions are described as frequencies that can positively or negatively affect the body.
  • Ancient architecture, human biology, and sound frequencies are deeply interconnected, and that this knowledge has been lost or suppressed.

Here is a video showing more healing powers of certain frequencies. It shows a man being healed of Parkinson’s disease by sound waves in a very short amount of time. Note that Parkinson’s creates static in the neural pathways, but broadcasting a clear, steady signal heals this. Deep Brain Stimulation uses electrical frequencies to do this:

Solfeggio Frequencies Videos 🎥

The videos below discuss the Solfeggio Frequencies in greater detail.

Video 1 – The 528 Hz Frequency

This video focuses on the 528 Hz frequency, calling it a “miracle tone” at the center of the electromagnetic and musical spectrum, supposedly linked to healing, harmony, and even cosmic order. It presents the idea that there are “nine sacred frequencies” (often associated with the so-called Solfeggio scale), and that combinations of these tones influence human emotions, biology, and consciousness.

Modern music tuning (especially A = 440 Hz) is deliberately altered to be dissonant and harmful, suggesting that this was introduced by institutions like the Rockefeller Foundation to control human behavior and cognition. It also claims that slight changes in tuning could bring music closer to “natural” or “creator” frequencies.

It invokes Nikola Tesla and mathematical “3-6-9” patterns, implying a universal energy system underlying reality. It also references water and DNA, asserting that the body is mostly “water-based energy” and that DNA functions like an antenna for light and sound communication. These ideas are not supported by mainstream biology or physics.

It also touches on Dr. asaru Emoto’s findings where sound and frequencies affect water structure, and uses metaphors like “resonance,” “static,” and “event horizons” to suggest that human behavior and karma operate like frequency-based feedback loops.

Video 2 – Sound Frequencies in Water: A=440 Hz vs. A=432 Hz

This video shows the physical affects of sound frequencies in water ( A=440 Hz vs. A=432 Hz).

Video 3 – “Music is Frequency Programming” 440 Hz

This discusses that sound and electromagnetic frequencies can directly influence human thoughts, emotions, and behavior:

  • Music is a “frequency” and the brain operates like a receiver that can be influenced by external frequencies.
  • Certain musical tuning standards (like A=440 Hz) were intentionally set to cause disharmony and that alternative tunings are more “natural” or spiritually aligned.
  • Emotions (love, hate, anger etc.) are all specific frequencies, and that environments can “broadcast” these emotional states.
  • Music or sound can bypass conscious awareness and affect the subconscious mind.
  • The idea of “hidden messaging” or subtle frequency-based influence can shape public emotions and even trigger mass behavior like unrest.
  • Militaries have technologies that use frequencies to weaken or control enemies psychologically.

Video 4 – The Ultimate 432Hz VS 440Hz | CONSPIRACY + Comparison

This video compares music played at 440 Hz tuning (modern standard) with 432 Hz tuning (alternative/spiritual/natural frequency), including:

  • Side-by-side audio comparisons are used to suggest audible differences in emotional feel or tone.
  • The idea that 440 Hz tuning was intentionally standardized in a way that some believe is less harmonious or emotionally favorable.
  • Linking 432 Hz to ideas like natural resonance, healing frequencies, or cosmic alignment.

Video 5 – Solfeggio Frequencies Explained – Healing Frequencies – Relaxing Music

This video discusses:

  • What Solfeggio Frequencies are – Specific tones (e.g. 174 Hz up to 963 Hz) that are believed to have different effects on mood, meditation, and mental states.
  • How they are used in music – Pure frequencies on their own are described as harsh and difficult to listen to for long periods. To make them usable, he mixes them with background elements like nature sounds, bass, strings, and ambient music, so the frequency is felt subconsciously rather than heard as a constant tone.
  • Meditation approach – Each track is intended to be listened to for about 5–8 minutes per frequency. Listeners are encouraged to notice how each frequency affects their feelings and to choose different ones depending on their mood or meditation goal.
  • Examples of effects:
    • 174 Hz – Grounding, deep relaxation
    • 285 Hz – Visualization support
    • 396 Hz – Emotional release/feeling
    • 528 Hz – Self-esteem and self-love
    • Higher frequencies (741, 852, 963 Hz) – More “energizing” or “awakening” effects
  • Production emphasis – He stresses that the frequency must actually be present in the audio mix (not just background music), or else it may not have any effect. The tone is kept subtly embedded in the track rather than dominating it.
  • Listen to those that align with you – Different frequencies are said to influence meditation and mental states differently, and the listener should experiment to find which ones feel most effective for them.

Video 6 – Sound and Healing with Eben Alexander

This video is a discussion between psychologist Jeffrey Mishlove and neurosurgeon Eben Alexander about sound, brain function, consciousness, and healing, framed through Alexander’s medical career and near death experience (NDE).

Alexander first describes his work in neurosurgery at Harvard Medical School and his focus on less invasive treatments using energy-based technologies. He highlights his research in focused ultrasound surgery, a technique that uses ultrasound waves (guided by MRI) to destroy diseased tissue such as tumors without cutting into the body. He also explains ultrasound’s broader medical uses, noting its transition from diagnostic imaging to therapeutic applications.

The conversation then shifts to sound and consciousness. Alexander discusses how binaural beats and low-frequency auditory stimulation may influence brain activity. These techniques, explored through his collaboration with Karen Newell and their organization Sacred Acoustics, use slightly different frequencies in each ear to create the perception of a “beat” frequency in the brain. He claims this effect may arise in lower brainstem circuits and can help induce deep meditative or altered states.

A major theme is his interpretation of consciousness. Alexander suggests that sound-based techniques may temporarily quiet higher cortical processes (especially the neocortex), reducing the “inner voice” and ego-based thinking. He contrasts this with ancient, evolutionarily older brain systems (brainstem circuits) that he believes are more directly tied to unified or transcendent consciousness experiences.

He connects these ideas to his own near-death experience during meningitis, which he described in his books ‘Proof of Heaven‘ and ‘The Map of Heaven‘‘Proof of Heaven‘ and ‘The Map of Heaven[/cfgeo]. During his illness, he reports profound experiences of unity, transcendence, and contact with a divine presence. He explains that this occurred while his neocortex was severely impaired, suggesting consciousness is not dependent on the brain.

The discussion expands into meditation and spiritual practice. Alexander and Mishlove explore the idea that sound technologies like binaural beats may partially recreate aspects of his NDE by quieting analytical brain activity. He also emphasizes group meditation effects and compares them to religious prayer, suggesting collective coherence amplifies subjective experiences.

They further discuss the psychological and healing potential of belief and expectation, referencing the placebo effect and studies showing mind-body interactions. Alexander shares that consciousness and intention can influence physical healing, citing cases such as cancer remission and other reported spontaneous recoveries, including those discussed by Anita Moorjani and Mary Neal.

Other referenced figures include researcher Bruce Greyson, who has studied near-death experiences scientifically, and historical writer D. Scott Rogo, who explored sound phenomena in altered states. The conversation also briefly mentions Jill Bolte Taylor, whose stroke-induced brain changes are used to illustrate loss of self-boundary perception.

In summary they discuss that:

  • Sound (especially binaural beats and ultrasound) can influence brain states and healing
  • Consciousness may involve deep brainstem systems rather than only the cortex
  • NDEs suggest consciousness can exist independently of normal brain function
  • Meditation and sound technologies may help access expanded states of awareness
  • Mind-body interaction and belief may play a larger role in healing than mainstream materialist medicine allows

In conclusion, Alexander proposes a future where medicine integrates neuroscience, consciousness research, and sound-based technologies to enhance healing and deepen understanding of mind and reality.

Here are some more videos where you can listen to the different Solfeggio Frequencies, starting with an explanation of some of nature’s natural frequenices:

“Dolphins, cats, frogs, birds, all can heal disease, but the trillion dollar medical industry has been trying to hide this information from us. Frogs give off a frequency of 50 to 1000 hertz, which is proven to lower anxiety and heal the nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve in our body. Cats purr gives off a frequency of 25 to 150 hertz, which is proven to strengthen and heal bones, heal tendons, and also lower inflammation. Dolphins give off the highest frequency at 20,000 to 150,000 hertz, which can help break up kidney stones, improve pregnancies, and boost the immune system. The chirping of birds gives off a frequency of 1000 to 8000 hertz, which can help heal Alzheimer’s and dementia.”

Finally, here is an additional video on frequencies from Nero Knowledge. In this video he discusses the metaphysics into how changing your frequency to a higher average frequency (as everyone’s frequency osculates/goes up and down) is the only way to manifest your desired reality as part of the Law of Attraction:

1. “High frequency” is misunderstood
He says that in spiritual circles, “high frequency” is wrongly defined as constantly feeling happy, positive, or euphoric. He calls this “toxic positivity” and says it leads people to frustration and self-sabotage. Instead, they redefine frequency as awareness; your level of understanding of how reality works.

2. Frequency is awareness, not emotion

  • “High frequency” is high awareness of reality’s true mechanics (cause and effect, mental states shaping outcomes).
  • “Low frequency” is low awareness, being caught in illusions and reacting unconsciously to life.
  • Feelings (good or bad) are described as side effects, not the definition of frequency.

3. Reality is shaped internally, not externally

  • Your mind/consciousness/imagination is the “cause”.
  • Physical reality is the “effect”.
  • Trying to change life only through actions (without changing internal state) won’t work effectively.

4. Critique of toxic positivity in spirituality

  • You cannot feel good all the time (reality is polar; ups and downs, as written in the Hermetic Principles of the Universe).
  • Forcing positivity creates guilt and self-judgment when you inevitably feel bad.
  • Even spiritual figures experienced suffering or emotional lows (e.g. Buddha, Jesus Christ, Prophet Muhammad).

So “high frequency all the time” is presented as unrealistic and psychologically harmful.

5. Manifestation is alignment, not constant positivity

Manifestation works by:

  • Aligning beliefs, identity, focus, thoughts, and emotional conviction with your desired reality
  • Not by “feeling good constantly”
  • Not by forcing positivity or ignoring negative emotions

6. The real “high frequency”

  • True high frequency is how you handle low moments
  • Emotional discipline and awareness during difficult experiences
  • Not being emotionally hijacked by life’s ups and downs

In summary, Nero Knowledge rejects the idea that spiritual success means staying happy or positive all the time. Instead, they redefine “frequency” as awareness and argue that manifestation depends on internal alignment with reality (mindset, beliefs, identity), not constant good feelings. True high frequency in his view, is maintaining awareness and emotional stability through both positive and negative life events.
